The inspection was not a thorough as I had hoped. Nor was his report as detailed as I had experienced by others.

It was a roof inspection and the customer was looking to have his entire roof replaced by his insurance company and I felt it was not warranted. Report was thorough and pictures were taken of the areas of concern. The entire roof did not need to be replaced, but repaired in the areas of concern.

He was not a thorough as I had hoped. Nor was his report as detailed as I had been told by others. I sought advice from many sources and chose this service instead. Unfortunately it was more expensive and less detailed than the reports others had shown me. :(

It is very difficult to please everyone. My report was very thorough and detailed and identified all the concerns and areas that needed to be mentioned. I charged her a very fair price, however, she was looking for something for nothing. My goal was to protect this families health, safety, and welfare and the investment of her home. Additionally, I did provide her with suggestions and money saving tips. Apparently this was just not good enough.
