From their inspections for businesses and single family residences, A Peace of Mind Inspection Services offers their professional expertise in the testing and location of harmful mold strains of all kinds (as determined by independent outside laboratory results). Philip offers his personal 25 years of experience in industrial maintenance, inspection, and home maintenance on every job they take on. He was very effecient and really gives you a peace of mind when it comes to checking your place out. I would definitely recommend his services. He explains everything and walks you through letting you know the good and the bad.

I live on an apartment complex, so you know that my hand s are tied when it comes to dealing with mold problems on my own. I have been calling maintenance to handle the problem but to no effort. I look up Phil and he comes with answers and solutions. I'm talkin paper work, black wnd white documentation to hand to my property manager to get things done! Peace Of Mind!
