The technician arrived later than what was quoted. He did a good job fixing my dryer, however, his personality was very lacking.

Sometimes our tech's get delayed in traffic or on the previous job. It is company policy to contact the customer if we are going to be more than 5 minutes late. We apologize for the oversight.

The gentleman called to set up an appointment, caled before his visit with an approximate time, called to update the time, was efficient, and thoriough. I liked the fact that Service At Home Appliance cqalled me the very next day explaining the procedurethat would be followed, and it happened just like they said it would. I like having my Whirlpool washer work correctly!
