Nice guy, but didn't fix a thing. Charged us $65.00 just to tell us that we should get a wireless phone instead of fixing the real problem.

Wow! I spent over three hours here with two Tech.'s. Charged one hour labor. The home was very very very cluttered, could not access any rooms let alone the wall jacks we needed to get to. The home was wired incorrectly by someone in the past. I explained the situation to the home owner stating we could take the time to go room to room to find the short. We suggested a wireless phone system as an option. The home owner had one,(base & 4 or so handsets for it)we installed it & tested. It tested fine. One hour later I received a call from SM stating they wanted their money back. They had no issues whats so ever when we where on site?

AP Interfacing responded immediately to our Service Master request, arrived promptly the next day with appropriate parts and fixed our telephone system, which was critical for our business. Brian was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this firm. We were very pleased with their work, their prompt service, and fair pricing for the repair needed.
