He met my schedule (my husband passed away during the time frame of initial contact and job performed), and was very through and forewarned me of my hot water tank leaking possibility. The next week it started leaking and MY plumber (church associate) fixed everything according to Del City codes and passed inspection.

Brian was excellent! This is my 3rd home and never had a home inspector check literally everything! He has a very systematic way to check a house so he doesnt miss anything. Everything he does is mobile, you get your inspection right then, no waiting involved. Not sure how he prices against other companys but he is definately worth the money!!

I was happy with the job he did in every aspect. Prompt, good communication, thorough job and at the end we had a great printed report left with us. I would use them again without hesitation.

Project: Inspect a Home
Brian performed the inspection on Saturday, which worked very well with our schedule. I am concerned because there were a couple of things we had to ask him to add to the report. Also it was noted in his report that the hot water heater needed to be elevated 18" to meet code - but it is an electric HWH and the city did not require it when we checked.

Brian called me almost immediately after I put in the request and I really liked that. He price was reasonable and he was able to do the inspection quickly. Other than the fact that he went to our old house instead of the new house, everything went smoothly. We were also impressed with the quality of the report.
