The windows are pricy, but these windows are the ones with the disappearing screen, so it is difficult to compare them with other options.  The individuals we had contact with are very professional.  We had quick responses to any questions or phone calls we made.  We wanted the work completed on a Saturday and they sent double the number of workers out so it could be completed in one day (it wasn't, due to a need for a material they ran out of).  I would have liked more clean up as we had lots of vinyl shavings left on our driveway.  I would have liked for them to notice that I should have stripped the wallpaper on the parts where the new windows were placed, thus avoiding the last minute taking off of the wallpaper that was messy.

On installation day I learned that one of the custom windows was incorrect - window opened sideways instead of up/down.  I was told this would be a "rush" to get it done and installed - it took 6 weeks.  One of the patio screen door frames was incorrectly installed, took numerous calls to get it remedied.  The job does look nice, however the follow up was lacking.
