The repairman didn't seem to know what repair the furnace needed. He stated that I think I will work ok now. And the very same day the same problem existed, the water was pooling on top of the furnace and draining down to the floor, before he repaired the furnace and it was pooling on top of the furnace after the repair. The drain hose appears to be occluded. The second contractor that I spoke with on the phone stated that, it probably just needs the hose replaced. After the first visit he left a screw from the furnace on the water heater. The last visit he left 4 screws there. Why??????

Our technician made attempts to please the customer. The actual problem was a plumbing issue that they insisted was the furnace. Explained that as stated prior to scheduling we did not handle plumbing work when she specified a problem with a toilet, the furnace and a floor drain. Yes, the water was collecting on the furnace due to a drain issue that would have to be corrected by a plumber. We made a point to squeeze the service call into a very busy schedule. Upon a second phone call that the problem was not corrected. We had a technician immediately return to try to satisfy the customer at no charge. Some customers can't be pleased.

Came out the same day during a busy time of year. Initially diagnosed problem based on the description of what my AC unit was experiencing. I would use A-OK in the future.
