I had several small repair projects around the house and he gave me the most reasonable estimate with separate prices for each project where I could choose one, some, or all.  He seemed very knowlegeable when he came out to estimate and then on the job he was very easy to talk to about what was needed as the job progressed.  One of the projects, repair of brick steps, was beyond the scope of his crew but he showed me a brick mason who ended up doing that project. <br />I was quite pleased with his work and would hire him again if I need more work done.
