Michael was on time and completed my job quickly. He was professional, and the carpets look great. I had several spots that he was able to remove although he did volunteer to return if any re-emerged.

A Man of STeam did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet. I had a coffee stain that was difficult to clean. Mike assured me that if the stain wasn't gone he would come back and he did and the stain was removed. I was pleased with Man of STeam.

Showed up on time, explained all the costs once again, friendly, competent, and worked quickly. 9 year old carpet looked great. Also, I called on Friday afternoon, and he was there Monday at 10 am, when I needed a quick turn. Many others quoted 10 days. I would recommend Michael.
