I would not use them again:I discussed the job with Ms.Hardin-  to vacuum & dust all rooms & wipe down surfaces of kitchen appliances, cost being $50 to $60. The maid began in the kitchen at my request and after 3hours(doing a very detailed cleaning) made a private call to Joann who then called me to say more money would be required for her to clean the bathroom and vacuum! This she felt was in keeping with $20/hr rate when no such fee was discussed!  I'm left with 1 clean room out of 6-NOT OK.
