i'm disappointed in the fact that they are not as detailed as I would like. they don't spend more than 45 min to an hour at the house. I was expecting them to be there at least 2 hours or more.

Annie called and told me what time she would arrive,although she was 45 minutes late. She and her assistant were efficient and did not dilly-dally, overall I was quite satisfied.
