They were there to plow my driveway the next day and have put me in their regular rotation so I don't have to call them every time it snows now, they'll just come and get the job done for a very reasonable rate! A+++

Elmira snow came fast & furious. I was out of town & spouse was at work. I put a request thru their online system & got a call from Mike in minutes. He came within 45 mins & completed the job!! In fact, I am contacting him again now!!!

Mike was stumped for a bit, but found the issue, in which, could have caused a fire. Mike was very professional and courteous.

We had some logistic problems and Mike went out of his way to solve our travel and time issues.He was very professional and did a great job.I would recommend him to anybody in a heartbeat.

Mike is a very hard worker and very knowledgable. I hired him to install a new electrical entrance. (underground). The problems started right away. Delay after delay. In the beginning when I hired him it was agreed that the job would start in the end of April -May.Months pssed by into mid summer,Phone call after phone call. Even written quotes were hap hazard. One quoting arch flash breakers that wern't installed.The job is still not finished to this day. I have told him that I would hire someone else to finish the work. His was not the low bid. I thought that I would be better off paying a solid price to a hard working independent. Wrong

HE WAS EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME. HE TOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED AND WHAT I DID NOT HAVE TO DO. I FELT HE DID NOT OVERPRICE HIS WORK OR THE JOB HE WAS DOING FOR ME. I AM A VERY PLEASED CUSTOMER. THANK YOU.
