He offered us a very good price. His schedule is prompt; very informative during the execution of the porject. Arnold and Alan, the installers were very skillful, prompt, clean, informative and friendly. We particularly enjoyed Arnold's friendly demeanor. He is very willingly to meet our special reuqest in which most other contractors would consider as upgrades. The entire project last about 10 days. The wood installation was actaully 3 day; the stainer took 1 day. When the balusters arrived, Arnold came to finish the installation.
