Very professional and knowledgeable. Walked me through step by step and explained in detail the results of their findings. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for an HONEST inspector!

Tony is in midst of finishing up an "observation report" for us, because unfortunately in NJ, You Must see actual problem, but from what Tony saw in way of FAULTY Craftsmanship, wrong size lumber, non-galvanized nails, etc etc & most of all, the positioning of "lag-bolts" was totally wrong....I APPRECIATE this man's help, & he is very sincere person!

When I thin of Tony, the only thing I can say is WOW!!! First class professional, 100% knowledgeable, covered every detail, report was delivered within 24 hours, provided a termite certification and answered all of our questions. If you want the best, hire Tony!!!

Tony was absolutely great. We were at the property about 5 1/2 hours and everything was looked at very closely. I was quite happy to see that Tony was in no rush to get the job out of the way. Tony answered every question that we had and is very knowledgeable. The report that Tony provided a few days after the inspection was filled with advice and dozens of pictures. The entire process was very professional. Recommended!

We are in the process of purchasing our first home and really don't know what we were looking for. We contacted servicemagic based on a family member's experience, completed the questionnaire and within 10 minutes received a phone call from Tony. I had read the reviews and after talking to him, I decided to hire him for our home inspection. Tony arrived 2 hours ahead of schedule and completed the inspection before we arrived. In addition, he took another 2 hours to go through the house with us and point out all of the items he had found. He was very knowledgable and personable. Our report was ready in 2 days.
