Good initial response/ started job fine. Put in extra switch. He had an emergency. We rescheduled. No follow-up call for a while...then called him. He apologized "he would come out on a certain day...didn't show. No call how or why. We called him to see he would finish the job. He called and apologized for the delay. "Lots of things came up;" he said. O.K. He said "choose time next day to come out. Told him 9 am. He didn't show @ 9. At nine thirty five, I called him. He apologized and said he was on his way, and would be here within 10 minutes or so. He arrived within that time. He found a superior fan for us!
