As a first time buyer i was nieve because i had another professional come in after my am home inspection and found for the money many things were overlooked like leaks in the furnace and water heating systems also things like county code standards were not discussed and how the home did not meet standards and will need some work

Aaron was very quick to return my call and get the job done. He did a great inspection and I received a very detailed report including pictures of all of the issues that were present. I would recommend him to any home owner or business in need of an inspection.

came and inspected roof, however it took several polite and one angry phone call before they gave us the written report , we learned do not pay until you have the report in hand.

We did have problems with this customers e-mail address. They did not go through correctly. However, I did drive back 1 hour from my office to deliver this to the client personally. Every attempt was made to satisfy the client.

AM was very good. We appreciated the fact that they were able to do the job the next day. Others never even returned our phone call. The inspection was done in a professional and timely manner. We received the report within 2 days of the inspection. I would recommend AM Inspection Services to anyone!!!

Can not say enough great things about Aaron. He knew our time crunch and he fit us in on a Sunday! Even though he had to reschedule to Monday due to rain he was just amazing and lovely to talk to on the phone and sent the report to me very fast. Now if only I can get the loan company to move so fast. :)

He showed up on time and gave me a verbal description of my problem. But he told me he would email me his report with recommendations on who might fix the problem. IIt's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received his report.
