A&M Engineering Services, Inc., has been providing residents and business owners with quality home inspections and environmental testing in New Jersey since 1991. Our home inspector is a licensed Home Inspector as well as a licensed professional Engineer.
If a structural defect is identified during the home inspection, the engineer determines the necessary repairs at no extra expense.
Our environmental services include radon and mold testing. Radon testing is performed using electrets which are left at the property for a min. of 48 hours.
The analysis is performed at our licensed radon laboratory. Mold testing is perform by taking both air and wipe samples. The cost of the mold testing is based upon the total number of samples taken. The samples are transported to a certified microbiology laboratory for analysis.
A & M Engineering Services, Inc. does not install radon mitigation systems or performs mold remediation, since this would be a conflict of interest
