A M Appliance replied to my request the same day, almost instantly after I submitted it. He showed up after an hour and fix the problem less than 20 minutes. Very prompt and professional. Although the price was a little high, but he was quick and fixed the problem right away.

He was able to diagnose the problem, and showed me what was wrong with my microwave. At the beginning of the service he showed me the date on the microwave, and let me know parts would not be available. I wish I'd asked about that over the phone. He was very knowledgeable, and wired it back together so I could still use the over-range light and vent.

i would not use them agaiin nor recommend them to anyone. they did not resolve the issue, they did not keep appts i spent over 175.00 and ended up buying a new dryer. they were to come but never did
