The sod presently is lumpy with wide gaps between the pieces. It is obvious that the ground was not raked / leveled before the sod was laid.

Well,it started off good and the rep that came out was very nice and efficient. He called me back the next day with a quote to areate. I was in a hurry to get this done. He finally called me back and said he would be out on Fri of the next week, but he couldnt give me a time. I said OK. Then he called me back the next day and said he would now be out on Thurs and that they would be out and have it done by 9:30am. So I got up early that day and waited and waited. No one came by 10:30, so I called him and he said the guy had some issues and was running behind and he would be out by 12pm, I said OK. I waited until 3pm and no show. I called again

Excellent in every way; recommend highly! From first response to completion of project, everyone was friendly, competent, and professional in every way. Cost was reasonable and project goals adjusted to meet our budgetary requirements. Job completed in a timely manner to our satisfaction. We have contracted with them for ongoing landscape services. Great, knowlegeable, professional team.

Project: Mow Grass and Maintain Landscaping
They did a good oveall job on the clean up i needed them to perform but did not follow through in contacting me to start maintenance of my landscape. They noted on my invoice that they would call me and never did. Plus they wanted me to pay for services before they were delivered. If they can't call me as noted how can I trust to do my property after I paid. The i just forgot or it got overlooked is not an acceptable business practice. I will finding someone else to maintain my lawn.
