He was excellent, more accurately, he was HONEST. He advised me of just what he could do at what price, but also that I had a minor isolated problem and that I could resolve it myself and how. He charged me nothing for the advice, and suggested that if I had any further problems I should call him. I definately would if I had any future problems.

Good price, they scheduled the fumigation quickly and were on time. The employees are professional. My complain would be the service described by the sales representative was not exactly the service performed. The technician explained why he would change the strategy toward fumigation of my residence, but I would've preferred if the sales rep. would've analyzed my property more thoroughly to avoid the issue in the first place. Also, i haven't seen competing contracts to see how they compare, but I noticed my contract excludes a warranty for formasean termites and does not cover any damage from pests after fumigation during warranty period

They came on time. Worked through a rainstorm. They seem to be knowledgeable. Gave me a guarantee that if I saw anymore presence of termite activity, I could give them a call and they would come back. They also treated a portion of the house that was not noted on the service request.
