He came out in the middle of the night (after 10 p.m.) but it just took him twelve minutes to arrive and fifteen minutes to change lock and make me an extra set of keys.

Keith French, owner of the company, responded to my request to rekey my house locks within an hour of my call. He arrived promptly and charged me a reasonable amount for the work. When one of the doors he worked on later had a minor problem, I called him and he returned within a few hours and cheerfully adjusted the door and it is working perfectly. I was so impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness, I gave his name & contact information to our homeowner insurance company so they could refer him to customers needing a reputable and trustworthy locksmith.

I RATE AKAT SAFE & LOCK 5 STAR .. FAST AND PROJECT COMPETED IN FAST TIMELY MANNER .. PROFFESIONAL AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT .. HAD ALL LOCKS REPLACED AND NEW KEYS MADE .. WILL USE THEM AGAIN ..
