I have only spoken with him so far. Next week, he starts working on multiple projects for me. I like his manner and easy understanding of the tasks and if his work turns out as good as his presentation, I'll be giving him many more jobs in future weeks. Ask me in two weeks for a follow-up and I'll be better able to evaluate his performance.
