Got an estimate on Thursday, signed the contract, and work was completed the following Monday. Arrived early, got right to work. Prep, install, cleanup, all done in less than 6 hours. Also, price was 30% less than quote from home depot. Our roof looks great! Couldnt be happier. Highly recommended :)

They contacted us and came out for a quote right away, were helpful and accommodating to our needs to add ventilation for our whole house fan. When the quote was done, our apprehensions about the project were gone. The crew was efficient and attentive to detail. We are now waiting for the first snow storm to see how the raised seam metal roof performs in preventing snow build up to prevent ice damming.

Chris & his crew were amazing they came when they said they would. Our property was left in excellent condition I would highly recommend them. We have had multiple people stop in front of our house and admire our beautiful new metal roof.

They were very professional and on time. Although we are still waiting on some fixes they will have to do on the siding that was removed in the process. I am hoping they will follow through with what they promised.

The entire process went very smoothly, they were in and out in one day. They offered financing which worked out perfectly for this project. The roof looks beautiful. I would recommend AJC Properties to anyone!!

They were excellent. Despite a small problem with communication about an unanticipated delay, they performed very professionally, were easy to deal with, and did a superb job of installing the roof and cleaning up afterward. We are extremely pleased with their work, and would highly recommend them to anyone else.
