Asbestos Inspection & Solution Management:: Our company is locally owned and operated which insures our client’s prompt professional inspections. Mike Glover is the owner and general manager of AISM. He is active in the business and participates in, and reviews all asbestos related inspections. A native Dallasite, Mr. Glover’s background in the building and real estate industry date back to the early 1960’s, beginning in the family business with the Vernon & James Smith Company. Mike graduated from the University of Houston, which he attended on a golf scholarship. Upon graduation in 1967, he returned to Dallas to join the prestigious Sanders Campbell Company. In 1970 his interests expanded from a local to a national scope. At this time, he associated with the Joseph Schlitz Brewing Company and later the Adolph Coors Company. Returning to Dallas in 1993 after many years with Fortune Five Hundred Companies, he now brings his varied business experiences to his customers of AISM. A complete knowledge of State and Federal regulations enables us, in many cases, to expedite the inspection which results in reduced costs for you, as our client. Generally, AISM will do the inspection the same day you call. Depending upon the scope of work, we will have the sample results the following day along with the proof of inspection documentation that is required by most municipalities. As you are aware, any delay or work stoppage is costly and could affect the issuance of your building permit.
