I called Air Inc. to clean my gas furnace. The called within a half hour of my posting on Service Magic. Because it was not an emergency I received a call from the office on Monday Morning to set up an appointment. I was very satisfied with the workmanship of the serviceman, Anthony. He worked clean and put covers on his shoes when he entered the house. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I thought the service charge was a little expensive and they do not offer senior citizen discounts, which could be a problem in the future.

Air Inc came recommended, and they didn't disappoint. I called on a Sunday evening after coming back from some travel to find a cold house. Mark asked all sorts of good questions beforehand, and even tried to solve my problem on the phone, and save me the cost of his visit. He came out anyway, and was able to identify the problem that three other furnace repairmen had failed to identify. I thought the fee was quite reasonable, and I appreciated how Mark left his card, as well as a description of what he had done with the service. Hopefully I won't need them anytime soon, but I would definitely use them again!

worked very clean i was impressed with the techs , just 1 small issue and that was with the town not air but did take 2 months to get it done should get the town final co in next two weeks

Your service tech was a decent individual. He helped me as best he could, was very honest and straight-forward, and explained everything to me in layman's terms so that I could understand what was the problem from the symptoms I described to him. Service was above par.

They were not the cheapest, they were the middle bid. They did nice work, things were neat and clean (plumbing layout). The equpiment they sold had a better rating then the others bidders but time will tell.

The technician was very pleasent and knowledgable. The prices were high and non-negotiable; they were standard prices which the technician could not change. Although I was given quotes for other work that may eventually need to be done, I will more then likely be able to find someplace cheaper.
