He called two different numbers to advise us when he would be late because of terrible rain (he couldn't work on an outside unit during a monsoon!). Then when the rain stopped he called again to say he would be right over, and he was! <br />I had a burnt out part in one of two units. He showed me why it was burnt out, and showed me a new one and replaced it. He cleaned and serviced two units, and reworked a part that my installers did improperly. <br />All at a very, very fair price. <br />I was very pleased. See All Ratings
