I had a call within 2 minutes of my Service Magic input. The tech was at my house for a no-heat call within an hour (in a bad snow storm and well past normal hours). He was neat, informative, and checked everything else out w/the furnace before he left. Great experience!

Came to my house at night to inspect the problem soon after learned the furnace not running; the customer service is top of line. The cost is fairly high as well.

Charges for travel time and distance was higher than I expected and next time I will be sure to ask about this before I have them come to my home. The service and work were excellent and the repairman seemed to be very knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely fashion and over-all I was very pleased.

AIG went above and beyond the service that we needed. Their agent came out and gave us an estimate the same day that we called and asked if they could stay until the job was done so that we could get some relief from the heat. He was finished with the job in 3 hours and we were enjoying the cool by 9 that evening. Needless to say we were more than happy with the job they did.

Central air conditioner's coolant was low. We were in a pinch due to upcoming travel, and they showed up immediately and took care of the problem within an hour. Also very friendly. We didn't opt for a leak test - just refreshed the coolant. Rated value lower because they charged us to clean the compressor which we could have done ourselves if we'd had more time.
