I received a quote for installing my own equipment & 4 speakers in the backyard. It took all day long for install but AI Designs did not complete the install of all speakers in the backyard. They stated it had to run off of two separte lines. That's fine because all lines were there. I would not ever recomend AI Designs due to their workers not wanting to complete the project in a reasonable amount of time & lack of willingness to complete the project.

Bill and his team did an amazing job setting up the house zones, the distributed audio and back yard speakers...will be hiring again if I need anything more electrical/ audio! Great service!

I hired Bill of A1 at a discounted rate to troubleshoot laptop-router connection problems. We both thought iit would be a simple fix. After 90 minutes, the problem remained but he offered to keep researching it. There were some delays in follow up and ultimately, my son-in-law (an MS employee) was able to fix the problem. Bill did follow up and advised that to finish the trouble-shooting would take more time--and he'd already agreed to a big discount off his hourly fee. We agreed I owed him $0 since he hadn't fixed the problem. Nice guy and he tried hard to fix the issue for the $$ we agreed on--but charged $0 when he couldn't. VERY fair!
