	Rating: Project: Central A/C - Install Hybrid Home gave us the fairest, most reasonable bid for a good product/AC.  They installed the units in a timely fashion and worked hard to get it done.  Unfortunately, there was a… Read Complete Rating Hybrid Home gave us the fairest, most reasonable bid for a good product/AC.  They installed the units in a timely fashion and worked hard to get it done.  Unfortunately, there was a faulty part to a unit that wasn't figured out right away, and due to their schedule, we were without an AC for 2 days.  Luckily, the other installed unit worked well, so it was bearable, though frustrating (only reason for 4 stars).  However, the owner/installer answered the phone or returned calls asap, and we felt well taken care of in a likely unusual situation.  We would definitely recommend them and feel they will take care of us in the future as needed.
