With over 30 years experience in the building industry, Handy Jan will come to your home or business to help you resolve a problem. Give him a call at 678-458-2226 to discuss your needs. He is available to work on your time schedule, Mon - Sat, at an affordable price. As a young man growing up in FL, Jan was mentored and trained in stucco, plastering, masonry, carpentry, roofing, cabinet building nad grounds keeping. As well, Jan earned a certificate in drafting received his private pilot's license and worked as a radio operator at a local station. Before moving to the Atlanta area, Jan worked on the maintenance force of The King's Academy in West Palm Beach, FL for 7 years. Family ties brought Jan and his wife to GA to live. Your name and information are private and will not be given to a third party. You will be treated with courtesy and respect.

Project: Repair Window Frames
Jan was very dependable , charged by the hour and was just a bit upper from his estimation. His work was not always perfect from the way it looks , but for the most part he did a descent job . His price is very reasonable .

Project: Repair Blinds or Shades
The day before Jan got here one of our shutters blew off. We had an additional job for him to do. It was completed well. Jan noted that the shutter had only been attached at the bottom and middle. The shutter is six feet long, Jan rehung the shutter attaching it in three places and added an anchor to another shutter. The vertical blind was also repaired.

Project: Repair or Partially Replace a Wood Fence
Jan Coffin gave us an estimate of the time needed to complete our project and he stuck to that very closely with no unexpected costs. He was able to repair several things in our subdivision (HOA) including replacement of rotted wood on our pool house and tennis court benches, repair of both wooden and metal fences, some basic masonry repair on monument signs, pressure washing, and painting/staining. Very versatile, experienced and dependable.
