At this point, I would NOT recommend them being that post-installation service is poor. I had a missed appointment last year, and another missed appointment this year. The owner had informed me of my appt to turn on my sprinkler system a month in advance . When he didn't show, I called and was told, by the owner, "It's the office's fault" and now the turn on off my system is delayed 2 weeks. Prospective customers should be aware, being that if anyone else turns it on in the spring or off in the fall, the warranty is voided.

Review by Vikki S.in Brighton, CO Project: Add or Remove Holiday Lighting- Materials provided by homeowner
Showed up late first day. Did not do everything we agreed to. Came back to fix a section that was out. There was still a section out. Said he would come back the following week to fix. Never even called. When I called to see about the week after that, he said he'd try to come back out. never heard from him until it was time to take the lights down. Left most of the lights together when he took them down and I had to put them back the way they were when he started. Had a section that he never got working, had spots that sagged down. Just did not look good at all and did not have lights everywhere I expected.Never paid so much for so little.

Review by a customerin Denver, CO Project: Service a Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System
Tully needs to train his employees better. They reported that there was a problem with my system. I assumed it was something they had accidentally broken while performing the work I hired. Turns out it was something that had worn out and finally broke while they were working. They stayed late to fix it, and made a special trip to the parts warehouse. No mention was made of any extra cost for this, nor that it was not their fault until after it had been installed - then they wanted $60 more than we had agreed for the job. If you are going to expand scope on a project, make sure you explain it clearly to the customer and agree on a price BEFORE you do the work!
