It would have been helpful if they explained the process of the countertop, drilling of faucet holes, sink positioning better since this was the first time I had done this but the countertops are beautiful, done well and they were a great value for the money. I got to go out to their remnant rack and picked out two beautiful and similar remnants to do both of my secondary bathroom countertops. The price included tear down of the old countertops and install of the new ones. The It would have cost me over twice as much to have custom countertops made at Home Depot or Lowe's and tear down and install would have been extra. Very well done.

There was a shortage of materials ordered, caused the bid to be higher than I expected. Also some of the responsibilities were left up to me, and should have been handled or explained better in the proposal stage.

Installation was good. Shop fabrication could have been better, oval cut outs for undermount sinks was a little off (not quite parallel with edge of counter). Clean up was not as good as I expected it to be. Overall I was satisfied with the work for the price, very reasonable rate per square foot.

We got a quote from A Granite MD because of the good reviews. A Granite MD got the job because of the professionalism and obvious passion of Naama. You could tell by the way she talked and the suggestions she made that she loved her job and cared about coming up with a great design. I swear it seemed like she was planning her own kitchen. Her professionalism continued. She was there to start the job and introduce the crew, and she was there to finish the job, sealing the back-splash herself. Great communication from start to finish. If you can, deal with Naama. You wont be disappointed. If she went to Sears, I'd hire Sears, and I HATE Sears.

GRANITE M.D. WAS THE BEST. NAMA WITH GRANITE M D WAS WONDERFUL. THEY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY. THEY GAVE ME THE BEST DEAL. AND THE CRAFTMANSHIP IS EXCELLENT. THE INSTALL CREW WAS VERY POLITE AND CLEAN. THE ONE SEAM NEEDED CAN NOT EVEN BE SEEN. I LOVE IT AND AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THEM. M.V.
