Armando goes out of his way to ensure complete customer satisfaction.  We started with a leak in our spa which he identified as a leaky pump.  While replacing the pump with a spare pump we had on hand, he discovered a problem with our pump. He took the pump back to his shop and ended up fixing the pump, returning to our house and installing the pump.  He then identified a problem with our heater and fortunately he had the spare heater element on hand.  All in all, he made two trips to our house and fixed all of the issues with our hot tub.  I really appreciate his willingness to make the drive to the far east Valley and his persistance.
