Alex returned calls promptly, offered to provide a free estimate. During the estimate Alex provided 3 mirror options along with his experience in what others have done with similar home layouts. He explained how the pricing was calculated, lead time and answered every question I had. Great customer service from a knowledgable craftsman. I know it sounds like I'm his mother, but I just met him.
