Technician was very courteous. The roach treatment worked well for the mild apartments but not at all for the really bad apartments. The price was higher than other companies I've used in the past. But I would recommend this company.

I wish a pesticide could take the place of sanitation but it never will. When apartment has serious infestation there is always sanitation issues.

Cliff of AGAD is the best. He knows absolutely everything about pest control. I called about an ant problem, and while he was sitting in the driveway waiting for me, he diagnosed another type of ant problem. He is thorough, professional, and he has very reasonable prices. Highly recommended to everyone and anyone!

Project: Pest Control - Bugs and Insects
AGAD came and did a treatment on 4/6/07 and charged me half of the total cost and said he will return when the weather breaks to do the outside. I called AGAD 4/19/07 to let him know I am still having the problem with the ants and request he do the outside now. He has not yet done the outside. The ants seem to be even more now and they are mostly up high.
