they were extremely knowlegeable about my problem-- carpenter bees and educated me on what I needed to do to prevent their return. extremely thorough in covering all areas. also did ants. did not try to selll me on other things although they did a free termite inspection while they were here as I have alot of wood on the property. they didn't find any. I will use them every year going forward!

What a wonderful company!!!! I had a bedbug problem and havingcalled around to try to get help within a price range I could afford, I was just about losing hope. Then I called afederal. The staff assured me that they take all necessary measurestocombat the problem a gave me a quote for my whole apt that some were charging me the same money PER ROOM!!! They did the service almost a week ago and I havent seen any evidence since. Thanks afederal!

Customer service very friendly, uderstanding, gave expert opinions. When the tech came to my house they took an indepth look around to see where I was having the problem. They located it in about 5 minutes and took the corrective measures. Thanks!

Afederal had someone here promptly to take care of my situation. The office was very courteous and understood my needs. The technician was very knowledgable and neat. Will definitely use them again.
