Bill is awesome.  He has excellent pricing and superb people skills.  He walked me through some things over the phone initially to save me the service call charge.  After a few days, the door was acting up again and he came by.  We couldn't replicate the issue so again, not charging me the service call, he said to let him know if it did it again and we'd take care of it.  If it didn't, I could just pay the service call.  This man is beyond fair and flexible! The new opener he installed is wonderful, he got me such a great deal and made sure I knew how to work everything before he left.  Bill is the best of the best, folks.  I can't say enough great things about him!! I will never call anyone else for my garage door needs! Thanks Bill! You're awesome!
