Bob came out and quoted the very next day and Ed did the actual job once we gave the OK. Both were very patient and answered all my questions. Because our backsplash was a tumbled marble, not all the sheets were of equal quality. Ed worked with me to get the pieces of similar color in the same place at the same depth. He even pulled off already applied tile because I didn't like how it looked against the adjoining tile (without protest). We also had an idea of how we wanted the accent tiles positioned but Ed suggested a better idea and it worked out beautifully. We are very satisfied with the job done by A & E Tile.
