I think the reason I'm so happy with my service is because they told me my house isn't falling down. The engineer was prompt, thorough, and made sense in his explaination as to what was wrong with my warped walls. He also taught me a few things. This customer is very satisfied

I needed a structural engineer to draw up plans for removing a load bearing wall for part of a kitchen remodel. I was in a time crunch because I needed to get my building permit and finish the project in 6 weeks. Seth was able to get the plans back to me in a week and when I went to the city to apply for my permit, they told me because I had Seth's plans, they could give me my permit immediately! Hiring Seth saved me two weeks of waiting for a permit on a project with a tight timeline! I am so happy with his work - I would recommend him highly to anyone.
