Just finishing up my project. Ali and Stan worked within my budget and designl style. Their advice and recommendations were considerate of my overall functionality requests and they gave me many options that worked into my budget. I was able to mix and reuse some existing items, repurpose others and of course go shopping. I certainly appreciate their comments and direction. i would certainly call upon their expertise again.

They listen to me and let me lead, but they are helping to guide me and keep me on track with the things I need to do. It helps to have my decisions and tasks down to two choices and only one task for me to do at a time. They are considerate of my budget and not overwhelming me with options and ideas as I requested. They are on time and give short deadlines. They are flexible to my preferences.

Ali is delightful to work with. Project is still in process but moving along well and we are having fun. Project is now complete. We couldn't be happier and we have recommended AE Interiors to our friends. We are currently working on our second project together.

This has been a fun project. It is always a joy to see the transformation of a project.

Ali and Stan (her architect husband) came out for the "free" visit and provided some incredible insight. I was immediately excited to get started, so Ali and I set a date to meet again at my home to discuss colors and stage furniture. When she came, she presented me with 2 color palettes and said "pick the one that you're drawn to the most". From there we picked paint colors for the trim, living room, dining room, hallways, and bathroom. We even picked a color for the outside of the front door! Then it was off to Hirshfields to pick up the paint. She let me use her discount which saved some big bucks at the paint store! Awesome to deal with.

Ali and Stan come together most times, so we got double benefits. They gave practical suggestions with a flair. They used the furnishings and art work we have. We look forward to the finished look with the Silhoutte window shadings installed. I'm not happy with the delay in receiving the order. That was not Ali or Stan's fault. Someone got the order on the 18th and left it on the desk til the 22nd! so delivery will be quite close to when I will be gone. Again not AE Interiors fault. They have assured us installation will be as soon as they arrive. I would use them again.

Paint colors were wrong. Actual paint job could have been better. Ali was "hurried" and getting ready for her upcoming wedding to Stan, which I did not know about. I was led to believe they were already married. Sort of irritated by that relevation via the painter. Neither one bothered to contact me after their "wedding" in Mexico to see if I, the customer, was pleased with the results. $150.00 for something I could have done. Waste of time on the whole color analysis thing, and they had small swatches and discontinued colors.

First, Ali and I did not intend to mislead Cheryl as to our marital status. Second, the only hurry was the deadline created by Cheryl to complete the job in one week, prior to Thanksgiving. Cheryl approved the paint color but did not like the color once completed. We paid for the next approved paint. I'm very sorry Cheryl had a bad experience. When we talked to her she wasn't unhappy.

Any questions or problems they responded very quickly and didn't make me feel stupid for asking. They had a problem with a cabinet, at no extra expense to me they went ahead and put my kitchen sink and counter top in to be able to have part of a kitchen to work in and they will fix it after the cabinet comes back properly.
