Project: Design a Bathroom

The website of ADS Designs said they give free estimates - I had to give him $150 before he would even start on a design. When my $150 was "used up", a had a design I liked but it was not to scale so the contractor had difficulty laying it out.

I do offer free estimates for my services, but can provide my drafting & design services for free in order for the customer to get a bid from the contractor. I apologize for being mislead & would like to clear up any issues that I can. My first consult & is free & only require payment if you hire me to do some design services.
