Project: Build an Addition
When we decided to add a 3 season room to the back of our property we could not have found a better contractor than Alesio Panaccio.He worked with us the whole time and supervised the building process on a daily basis.The whole staff was very courteous and friendly and were willing to change or add small details.We are very happy with the results and recommend this company highly.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
Our kitchen remodel expanded to an entire first floor renovation and unexpected mold remediation. Al and his team were professional, courteous and extremely helpful. They were resourceful and innovative in dealing with the small and large issues that presented themselves along the way. Most impressive is their attention to the finishing details. The finished product more than exceeds our expectations, we had a vision that the team brought to reality. Al and his team are now our contractor of choice.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Hired Al Panaccio and his team to remodel large master bath. Al's team was excellent, responsible, tidy and very skilled from layout to completion. We loved the master bath so we contracted with Al to complete the remodel of two additional baths. Again an excellent result. Very flexible, responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Would hire him again for any large or small renovation.

The workers showed up every day at 8:00 and worked consistently until quitting time at 4:00. I am pleased overall with the work they have done. I found Al great to work with and supremely flexible and tolerant of all of my changes.

Project: Remodel a Basement
We hired the team to finish our basement. They gave good design advice when asked and we are really happy with the look they created. More importantly, they went through numerous walk-throughs to ensure that we were happy with every square inch of the new basement. They came in on time and budget. Overall great experience.

I'm very particular about the process in selecting a contractor for my home remodeling projects. After meeting a handful, reviewing their estimates, I carefully chose A.D. Panaccio. It was a great decision. They are top rated in quality, cost and timelines. Responds to calls and questions promptly. We felt very comfortable with his crew and trusted them in our home easily. After a home addition project, I have decided to use this company for a kitchen remodeling project. After, a couple of other jobs on my home are being planned. I am not easy to please, and expect top notch work. This company exceeded my expectations (no easy task).

Project: Build an Addition
Al Panaccio and his team did a significant amount of work on our house, creating an addition with a brand new 16x14 kitchen, converting our old kitchen to a second bath, and adding hardwood floors throughout the first floor. We wound up with a stunning kitchen which we love to cook and entertain in, and the project was actually completed under budget. We were so pleased that we also had him redo our vinyl siding, install a laminate floor in our basement, and replace every window in the house. When there were problems with the work, Al was quick to address them. I'd recommend him to anyone without reservations.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
We needed to have our patio re-done when we discovered water getting into our basement. The final product looks great, and more importantly has kept our basement dry, but the process was a bit of a disappointment. We were promised the project would be done by the end of that week. They also promised that working during the weekday would not be a problem. The team to remove the old concrete showed up a week later then promised, after 5PM. We had to reschedule to the next morning due to neighbor's complaints. If we were advised of the schedule changes as they happened, we might have avoided these issues. Lack of communication.
