Project: Install or Replace a Garage Door Opener
Rate was very reasonable. Scheduling an appointment was easy. The tech showed up and made short work of replacing my broken opener with an existing one I had already purchased. Another review complained that the tech didn't speak English but the guy was really polite and did a damn good job so who cares? I will use them again. I would note that their office didn't return my phone calls after I made the initial appointment (tech arrived after two hour appointment window so I called several times to get a status) so I rated their Customer Service as average.

The sales person was very professional. He came in on a timely basis, explained everything. I shopped at least 4 other manufacturers and you guys came in at the best price. The installer was very polite, very professional and he did an excellent job. Everything is working great. Thank you.

Great experience and good value. I called on Tuesday about purchasing two garage door openers and was provided with a wealth of information by Bert, called back on Wednesday to shcedule the installation and the installation was completed the next day. The installer arrived on time and completeled the installation quickly and neatly.

They arrived within in hour and completed the project within 15 minutes. A lingering problem with the garage door was corrected in a short period of time at a minimal amount of money.
