They were polite and initially explained every step of the process. My computer works beautifully. My only issue was with the estimated time the job was to be completed within. They ended up taking an additional day or so to receive the part and I thought it would have been a little more polite to let me know they were running late due to uncontrollable circumstances. Instead, I had to inquire myself on the status once the date I was given had passed.

We weren't able to resolve the problem but eliminated several sources and have taken the amplifier to an authorized dealer. Once that's finished we'll get back to hooking things up.

It required three appointments to accomplish the installation of ethernet cable and outlets. Though the first two appointments came of naught because of miscommunication on their part, the job was eventually quite satisfactorily achieved at a very reasonble price.
