The representative arrived on time, listened to my problem, and provided options for me to solve my cold basement problem. I liked the fact that the rep was honest with his recommendations, instead of trying to take advantage and charge me with unnecessary repairs when it wouldn't solve my problem. I didn't continue further because I'll need to consider the advantages and disadvantages of my choices.
