Great job Michael! I really liked that he was honest with me. I have checked the price on a piece of microwave that needed to be replaced and he didn't try to chagre more.

Responded in a timely fashion and was able to come evaluate my issue immediately. Felt he was honest. Though repairing item was not in my best interest he was able to give me suggestions/options on what to do next.

Terrific service! Scheduling was easy and his availability was great. He called when he was on the way and arrived during the agreed upon time frame. He was easy to talk to and gave me plenty of options for my situation. Quoted pricing and charges were clear and fair. Knowledgeable staff. I was very pleased.

My tenants oven & refrigerator was broken and Mike was able to schedule me the same day so we can take a look at what was wrong. My tenants were very pleased and impressed by his service. He was very quick with fixing the oven's heating element. The refrigerator took a bit longer because it was iced over but he got it resolved and the tenants were happy to get the refrigerator working again. I would highly recommend him since Mike is not only the owner but the serviceman.
