I'm really impressed with AC Magic's results. I had a service contract with a well known company who used a band aid approach to my issues with my AC instead of locating the problem and fixing it initially, causing further damage. With AC Magic, the technician, Rober, addressed the problem and provided an honest assessment and workable solution. My contract with my previous company is history! I definitely recommend AC Magic for repair and maintenance.

The Company owner was williing to work with me as far as payment and rthe employees came out on a Saturday night and came back Sunday mroning before I had to leave for church. The employee was very kind and intervened ( at least as he told me) between me and the owner as far as splitting the payment in two.

Was not given the service that was explained when the appointment was made. The technician seemed completely unaware of what was discussed when appointment was made. After waiting a 1/2 hour after scheduled appointment time I had to call to find out what was happening, it seemed as though appointment had been forgotten. Pricing in the end was reasonable and unit has been working well thus far.
