The service was prompt, friendly, professional and personable. When I placed my ad looking for an appraiser I received a call within minutes. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the person that contacted me was knowledgeable and understood what I was looking for in terms of my request for the appraisal. Andrew was great! I found him to be very professional, friendly and patient. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot). He was running a little behind on the day of my apprasial and called to let me know he was going to be about 10 minutes late. He spent time with me to explain the process and how he came up with the appraisal. I would highly recommend using A.C. Klein Appraisals.

This comment is completely off base and should not be allowed. This individuals motivation was to have the appraisal as low as possible, The lower the appraisal, the less she would pay her sister as part of the estate settlement. The house was a one bedroom slab ranch . Not many 1 bedroom sales in the past 6 months in Acton..Comparables submitted in the report were the best available at the time of the appraisal. Clear & Accurate adjustments were made to ascertain market value of the dwelling.The rating should not be allowed to be posted,her emotions got the best of her.If she knows so much about Real Estate, why hire an appraiser. ??
