We contracted with ACJ for a new roof which was damaged by a fire from a lightning strike. We were so pleased with the quality of the work performed by ACJ Remodeling in replacing our roof that we then decided to vinyl side the entire house. The work was completed in a timely fashion as promised by Joe Santillo. All his workers were courteous and the clean-up was great. We feel our house is magazine ready. We will definitely consider using ACJ for future repairs and/or remodels and will recommend them to our family and friends

ACJ replaced roof, built gutter and lead, stucco finished for my house. They did a beautiful and clean job for me. My house is attached on both sides which is harder to work with. But Joe kept my next doors clean all the time and they happy about it. ACJ guys are professional. Their works are precise and high quality. Their price is a bonus for me. It worth every single dollar. I felt guilty not paying them more. Everything excesses my expectation. If I have another project, I will go nowhere but Joe and ACJ.

A five stars contractor. Highly recommend. This family owned company is really a jewel in roofing & siding contractors in New York City. During estimate process, the owner Joseph Ashley gave you a reasonable price estimate. He also clearly explained what is covered in this job and answered any question that you may have. He is very an honestly contractor. Better yet, he also got an "A" rating in better business bureau. Once the project started, his crew are very skillfully and worked very fast to turn your old house to a beautiful house that your neighbors admire. A simple 5 stars review cannot do any justice to him and his crews.

this was not a shingle roof it was a flat roof tear off with all new wood plus beams copping stones skylights gutter and a energy star cool roof instalation

I can't say enough nice things about the quality of the work we had done to our home. Joe and his crew are excellent and extremely competent. My neighbors even commented as to the high level of professionalism that both the workers and Joe exhibited on a daily basis. Joe is very easy to get along with, and extremely attentive to our needs We were always able to reach him if we had questions. We are grateful that we found him and have already recommended him to friends and family.

ACJ Remodling Inc., is professional remodeling company. A professional crew worked extremely fast to install a new roof and to replace old siding on my house. Their work product is exceptional. I would highly recommend ACJ Remodeling Inc., for your next repair. In addition, I had several other estimates for the work needed on my house and ACJ Remodeling Inc's., pricing is very competeitve and fair. Additionally, they cleaned up all debris and removed it by truck from my house. I will definitely use ACJ Remodeling Inc., for my next remodeling project.

Our colonial home approximately 1800 sq. ft; ACJ completely removed the original roof, three dormers plus wrap around roof on first story and installed a new roof, leaders, gutters and removed and rebuilt our brick chimney. During the period of demolition ACJ determined previously unknown damage post contract to the chimney liner and fascia boards around perimeter of roof which was brought to our attention, was all replaced at no additional cost to us. Contract negotiating went smoothly. In summing up I found ACJ and crew to be very polite, meticulous and very professional! In the future, ACJ will be my first choice for any further work that falls into his category of expertise.
