In the first extermination, number of roaches were significantly reduced by 80%. After 1 month, they need to come back again for 2nd time. This time, all roaches were exterminated. Pricing for this vendor is way higher than the other vendors. They use non-toxic and non-fume chemicals. This is important for our family because we had a baby in the house at that time. And they offer 1 year guarantees. I would recommend this vendor to my friend and family.

The men that arrived was very professional and patience. They answered all of my questons. They were a little late but my address is not one that is easy to find or to find parking so I was not troubled by that. I will call them again if I ever have a need again.
